Yaku strapped his daggers back into his belt and looked up.
"Aw, bo'ca, don't look so worried. I won't be in the front lines anyway. It's the last job I'm taking, then I'm quitting this shit for good," he smirked at the frowning Strike and leaned closer to place a soft kiss on his lips.
"Promise?"
"I swear in Shalee's name, this is my final gig. I have to go now though or I'll miss the zeppelin. Take care of him, kiddo!" Yaku pointed at Lao'kei, who sat reading on the lounger in the corner. The young mage smiled back and waved.
"Don't sprain your ankle out there, old man."
"I'll try not to. Cheerio!"

I've drawn more in the past 4-ish days than I have in the past 2 years, at a rate of at least some sort of WIP, if not a finished piece per day, so uh... Maybe you'll be actually seeing some more stuff here soon. The rest of the material from the past days is not devART friendly though, sorry.
My last journal entry was from 2007. Time for a new one! About nothing!
