I enjoyed doing this piece enormously. This was one of those moments when suddenly a huge vision comes to you, and if you don't put it to paper immediately, it vanishes and never appears again.
It seems I have been recently taking some major unconscious influence from ~ depleted. No shame in that - Ted is a super talent. I was relieved after doing this: finally I had made something that wasn't like anything I've done, but still very much my work. Now I'm just totally bursting with artistic ambition, and you can expect some dark comics and other weird stuff coming up soon.
I'm not sure what it represents. It might be me, or some part of me. It might point a finger at a phenomenon. I don't know for sure. Maybe I don't have to.
